Sponsor tiers and a sponsorship kit

A new Sponsorship page lets you save your sponsors once and reuse them on every raffle. Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers set how prominently each sponsor appears — on your raffle page, in confirmation emails and on tickets — and a downloadable sponsorship PDF helps you pitch new ones. You can even link a sponsor to the prize they donated.

    Run a 50/50 raffle

A new raffle type with no prizes to source: winners take a share of the cash pot, and every ticket sold grows it. Set your own split, add up to 10 prize tiers, and guarantee a minimum to drive early sales.

Test your raffle with a simulated purchase

Walk the full checkout exactly as your buyers see it, from your raffle preview or your live page. No payment is taken, no tickets are issued, and your sales figures stay untouched.

Download your winner results as a PDF

A new Download PDF button on the Winners tab gives you a record of the draw for your files: every prize, its winning ticket and the winner contact details, plus when the draw ran and who witnessed it.

A nudge to publish your results

Drawn your raffle but not yet published the results? RaffleLink now reminds you, since publishing is what posts your winners to the raffle page and finalises your payout.

  • Improved

    Abandoned checkouts in your analytics

Raffle analytics now shows how many buyers started checkout without paying, the one-off reminder RaffleLink emails each of them automatically, and who came back and completed their purchase.

Professional ticket printing now offers 13 quantity tiers, from 400 up to 10,000 tickets, with bigger per-ticket discounts as the runs get larger.

Raffle terms name your benefitting organisation

When your raffle benefits another organisation, your public terms and conditions now say so, naming them alongside your own organisation. Pending benefitting-organisation requests can also be resent from the raffle builder.

Sales reports show how each in-person sale was paid

The downloadable sales report now breaks Ticket Booth sales down by payment method — cash, card and more — per sale and as a summary, making end-of-day reconciliation much easier.
